Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping
Returns + Exchanges
All Public Works purchases are eligible for exchange only. No refunds are provided unless the return is due to a product abnormality or manufacturing error. All books, fine art and poster purchases are final sale.
If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at orders@publicworksgallery.com with your desired replacement item and original order number in your email. Please note: our product runs are often purposefully limited. Given this, there is a chance we will not have your requested item/size in stock. Our team will provide current availability info and set aside your desired exchange item(s) to be shipped or picked up during our store open hours.
For those exchanging via mail, please send your item(s) and a printout of your order email to:

Public Works will provide tracking for the new item(s) as soon as the original purchase arrives back to us. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of that return shipping.
Shipping
We process and ship items in the order that we receive between 10 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Please allow 1 - 3 days for processing of orders to be completed. Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our studio. We aim to process items with expedited shipping upgrades the same day if placed by 1:30 PM. If an order contains a pre-sale or backordered item or an art piece currently being exhibited, the shipment of your order will be delayed until all items become available.
